What that means
Affiliate links do not increase the price you pay. A retailer may compensate Ingredient Shortlist for referring a purchase. Links that can generate compensation are routed through our tracked shopping-link system and identified on the product page.
What commissions do not control
Ingredient counts, ingredient flags, category placement and verification status are based on the cited product evidence. They are not changed because a retailer or brand offers compensation.
Sponsored placements
If Ingredient Shortlist accepts payment for a placement, the placement will be labeled as sponsored. Payment does not convert an unverified product into a verified listing.
Retailer availability
Prices, inventory, shipping terms and product formulations can change after a link is published. Confirm the retailer listing and the package label before purchasing.
